Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Reschedules I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to fill your spot and keeps my schedule running smoothly. • Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. • No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. Late cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before rebooking future appointments. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service. • Arriving 15 minutes or more late may require rescheduling and will be treated as a no-show. Emergencies I completely understand that life happens — unexpected situations, illness, or family emergencies can occur.
